The Fresno peppers in this sauce are grown by Vets on the Farm, a veteran agricultural program right here in the Pacific Northwest. We source every pound we can from them because we believe in what they're building, and because those peppers are genuinely exceptional.

The flavor opens with roasted garlic and a touch of honey sweetness. Then the Fresno and habanero blend brings a fruity, building warmth that lingers without punishing. It's the sauce people ask about after they try it at the market.

Made in small batches in Spokane.

Best on: Pizza, tacos, fajitas, burritos, grilled fish, rice bowls, as a marinade for chicken or pork.

This locally made hot sauce is amazing!! It goes so well on pretty much everything!! Awesome on your biscuits and gravy; eggs; tacos; pasta; sandwiches; burgers; etc. I literally put it on everything. Very nice balance, with a flavor profile that packs a punch with just the right amount of heat!! My everyday hot sauce go to for sure!! Plus the owners are awesome people! My wife and I first tried the garlic Fresno sauce at chowderhead in Spokane in a red beer and our meal we were blown away on how Dang good the sauce was let alone the food at chowderhead is amazing also. We went straight to elixir's web site to find find they're sold out so after a month or so of waiting and checking is wa back in stock and I ordered 4 bottles!

Elixir is crushing it! Their flavors are incredible. Garlic Fresno is good on anything, like all of their sauces but definitely recommend putting on pizza and breakfast burritos. Fresno chilis are some of my favorites and this one is super balanced with a nice kick of garlic.
