As the weather warms, Elixir Sauce Co is back out in full swing, bringing the Spicy to Spokane-area farmers markets. Here's a recap of our stops so farâand why these community events matter for small brands like ours.
đSpokane Area Farmers Markets
Kendall Yards Night Market
When: Wednesdays, 5:00â8:30 PM, May 21âSept 17, 2025
Where: Summit Parkway, Kendall Yards, Spokane, WA
Elixir Highlights: We've joined the market each Wednesday evening since May 21st, offering samples of our bestâselling hot sauces. The combination of live music, tons of local makers and shakers as well as the most robust food truck and local restaurant line up of any local market.Â
Liberty Lake Farmers Market
When: Saturdays, 9:00 AMâ1:00 PM, May 17âOct 11, 2025
Where: Town Square Park, Liberty Lake, WA
Elixir Highlights: We were excited to return to Liberty lake and the the turn out and spicy fans did not disappoint. We had a company record sales day opening weekend and have been catching up on production ever since.Â
Cheney Farmers Market
When: 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month from May 24th to October 11th!
9 am to 1 pm
Where: at Veterans Memorial Park
Elixir Highlights: This year is our first time at this market and the first market did not disappoint. Even through technical difficulties we managed to meet tons of new fans from Eastern Washington University students and staff to networking with other local businesses for potential future partnerships.
Scale House Market (Spokane Valley)
When (outdoors): Wednesdays 3â7 PM; Fridays 3â8 PM; Saturdays 8 AMâ2 PM (MayâOctober)
Where: 4422 E 8th Ave, Spokane Valley, WA
Elixir Highlights: Scale house opened its doors officially on May 31st and we have been lucky to be a part of their indoor mercantile that is open 5 days a week and also open during the outdoor market days. We are lucky to be stocked alongside Booey's gourmet sauce making a nice local spicy section that shoppers can support both brands.Â
